  • Heat oil in skillet.
  • Add salt and pepper to flour and mix.
  • Rinse trout and dip into beaten egg.
  • Cover filets with flour and shake off excess.
  • Add filets to pan, skin side down and fry 12 minutes.
  • Flip and fry an additional 12 minutes.
  • Serve with 1/4 lemon wedge.
