DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Beat butter, yogurt, sugar and sucanat together.
  • Mix in eggs.
  • Slowly add flours, and baking soda.
  • By hand mix in remaining ingredients.
  • Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake 11-12 minutes.
  • Remove from sheet promptly and let cool on cookie rack.
