- 15 ounces kidney beans
- 15 ounces chickpeas
- 3⁄4 cup fat-free Italian salad dressing
- 5 chopped baby carrots
- 1⁄2 diced onion
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 2 diced celery ribs
- 5 chopped romaine lettuce leaves
- 12 ounces tuna in water
- 2 small chopped tomatoes
directions
- place every thing in a bowl.
- toss together.
- and serve.
