- 3 lbs chicken breasts, boneless and skinless and cut finger-size nuggets
- 3⁄4 cup mochiko sweet rice flour (glutinous rice flour)
- 3⁄4 cup cornstarch
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 3⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 2 stalks green onions, chopped fine
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
directions
- Set the chicken aside.
- Combine the ingredients and mix well. Add the chicken. Marinate overnight.
- In a wok add oil about half way up and heat to 350° add in small amount of the chicken deep fry until golden brown. Drain onto a rack.
