- 12 ounces pineapple preserves
- 12 ounces apple jelly
- 4 ounces prepared mustard
- 4 ounces horseradish (optional)
directions
- Put all into blender, blend, and pour into quart jar.
- Warm if serving with ham, leave cold if putting onto ham for sandwich.

This was very good served hot with holiday ham. I haven't tried it cold yet, but it sounds good. I wasn't sure if the measurements were volume or weight, so I went with volume. I used 1 1/2 cups each of pineapple preserves and apple jelly (both were 18 ounce jars). I used 1/2 cup mustard and 1/4 cup of horseradish. I used less horseradish because I didn't want it too spicy.
