- 1 lb bacon, coarsely chopped
- 1 lb ham, chopped
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 4 stalks celery, minced
- 3 carrots, finely chopped
- 1⁄3 cup butter
- 1⁄3 cup flour
- 2 1⁄2 cups milk
- 2 cups chicken stock
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 lb lasagna noodle, cooked al dente
- 1⁄3 cup romano cheese, grated
- 4 cups mozzarella cheese, grated

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9X13.
