  • Slice potatoes in half. Place in a zip-top bag with all other ingredients. Toss to distribute ingredients evenly, then refrigerate for 1 hour to marinate.
  • Preheat grill to 300°F.
  • Place potatoes on grill and cook for 15 - 20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
