  • Brew tea bags in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in sugar, zest and juice.
  • Pour into a metal 9x9 metal pan and freeze until hard.
  • Spoon into blender or food processor and pulse 10-20 seconds to break up. Scoop into bowl and serve.

  1. This was fun to make. I love tea in all forms, and freezing it is a nice way to enjoy it on hot summer days. I will make this again, but with 1/2 the sugar. Just too sweet for my taste. (I may also try flavoured teas... raspberry or peach; lemon maybe?)
