- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground turkey
- 1⁄2 cup diced onion
- 1 cup Pace Picante Sauce
- 1 1⁄2 cups light sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup skim milk
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounces diced green chilies
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 medium tortillas
directions
- Brown turkey and onion together in medium pan. When done, add picante sauce, stir.
- Mix together sour cream, milk, soup, and chilis.
- Lightly oil 9x13 pan. Cover bottom with some of sauce. Fill 8 tortillas with meat mixture and 1/2 of cheese. Lay side by side in pan and cover with remaining sauce. Top with remaining cheese. Cover with foil.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
