- 1⁄2 small red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 cups red seedless grapes, halved
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1 small jalapeno, stemmed, seeded, and finely chopped
- 1⁄3 cup finely chopped cilantro
- 2 teaspoons honey or 2 teaspoons Agave
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
directions
- Combine red onion, lime juice, and vinegar in a large bowl; let sit 15 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper; toss to combine.
