ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup honey
- 3⁄4 cup peanut butter (I use Skippy Natural)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup coconut
- 3 cups old-fashioned oatmeal
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup dried fruit such as cranberries, cherries and blueberries
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup chopped almonds
directions
- In small saucepan put honey, peanut butter and cinnamon, Heat just to combine.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla.
- Combine oatmeal and coconut in bowl and pour peanut butter.
- mixture over and stir. Place in greased 8 or 9 inch baking dish.
- Put in preheated 275 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes, stirring.
- every 15 minutes. Turn oven off and let sit for 20 to 30 minutes in oven.
- Add to remaining ingredients and enjoy.

I have so many granola recipes on file, but am always interested in finding a great new one ~ one just like yours, no less! I did cut it in half, but I will be making it again & might just increase the amount of dried fruits that I use! Thanks for sharing this great recipe! [Made & reviewed in New Kids on the Block tag]
