  1. Loved the recipe. Did not add the black olives (didn't have them) and added shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese (didn't have Velveeta on hand) I will certainly make this again once I buy some Velveeta!! Thanks for a great recipe.

  2. My family of 8 loved this. Will make again. Thanks so much.

  3. My husband and I really like this dish. I made it last week and he requested it again last night. I didn't add the olives, he doesn't care for them, added more corn and some mushrooms. This is a keeper in our house, thanks for the recipe!!!

  4. In my opionion this recipe was just okay. Too much cheese. It probably would be better with just half the amount of cheese. I did not like the "Mexican" flavor either. Sorry!

  5. I made this one for dinner tonight without the black olives. Since my boyfriend is a vegetarian, I used Boca crumbles instead of hamburger. It was very easy and very tasty. Thanks so much for posting.

I live in Big Bear Lake, Calif. At an elevation of 6,700ft. Big Bear Lake is the largest man made lake in Southern Calif. Unlike the rest of So. Calif. which is considerd a desert, we have 4 seasons here with snow in the winter!! Come on up! You can ski in the winter, water ski in the summer, and fish year long for Bass and Trout.
