- 500 g goat meat, cubed
- 2 onions, sliced finely
- 45 ml vegetable ghee or 45 ml oil
- 50 mm cinnamon sticks
- 5 ml ginger paste
- 5 ml garlic paste
- 6 dried red chilies
- 3 cardamom pods
- 6 black peppercorns
- 2 1⁄2 ml salt
- 600 ml water
- 3 cloves
- 2 fresh green chilies
- 30 ml fresh green coriander
- 30 ml hot curry paste
directions
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
- Add Red Chilies, Cinnamon Stick, Cardamom Pods, Black Peppercorns, Cloves, fry 2 minute.
- Add sliced Onions, fry 5 minutes.
- Add Garlic and Ginger Paste.
- Add Goat Meat and brown for 5 minutes.
- Add Salt and Water.
- Cook in Pressure Cooker for 25 minutes.
- Add Curry Paste and cook until thick.
- Serve with Paratha or Pilau rice.
