DIRECTIONS

  • Stir together goat cheese, cream cheese, pecans, and parsley.
  • Spread on 7 bread slices.
  • Spread 7 more bread slices with red pepper jelly; top with cheese-covered bread slices.
  • Remove crusts; cut into desired shapes. Serve!
