- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- black pepper (to taste)
directions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
