Garlic Basque Dressing

"Traditional Basque style dressing. This is a very strong Garlic flavored dressing from Elko Nevada."

• Serves: 8-10

ingredients

• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 4 garlic cloves (chopped or crushed)
• 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise

directions

1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Chill in refrigerator, overnight.

Love the garlic. I cut the vinegar to 1&1/2 tsp. Made for PAC Fall 2012

This is great and easy. Very tangy and strong. I crave this dressing at least once a week.
