- 1 1⁄2 lbs cabbage, shredded
- 3⁄4 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1⁄2 cup mint leaf, chopped
- 2 cups fresh bean sprouts
- 1⁄4 cup chopped roasted peanuts
directions
- Combine all ingrediens in a mixing bowl.
- Dress with 2/3 cup Nuoc Cham, and serve.
- I think it's better the next day. Just cover it tightly in the refrigerator.
