  1. The honey goes really well with these flavors. I once tried to substitute maple syrup and was very disappointed. I'd stick with the honey on this one!

  2. I did two versions of this recipe, both of which turned out really well. The first was a mix of bananas and raisins, and the second was a grated Granny Smith apple. Since I like all three ingredients, I find that all of them worked for this recipe.

  3. I really wasn't in the mood for cottage cheese(wanted something full of carbs!) but I wanted to eat a healthy breakfast. I used a banana, frozen blueberries and topped with some toasted almonds. This was DELISH, just like you said! I was really satisfied and glad that I'd tried it. Thanks Japanese Delight, for posting. Roxygirl

I LOVE: Being a mom to a lovely, beautiful angel of a daughter, my wonderfully sweet, kind and loving husband, and my family. Cooking, of course, working out, spending time with my husband and family, taking walks, reading, catching up on celeb gossip, lounging around the house watching Heros DVDs, baking treats, playing with my daughter, and hanging out with my sister every week!!
