Fruity Cabbage Coleslaw

"This is a bit different than the average coleslaw. You could sub any fresh fruit really. The crisp cabbage is so good with it. Nice for the summer"

• Serves: 6

ingredients

• 1 head green cabbage
• 4 chopped apples
• 1 bunch grapes
• 3 celery ribs
• 2 chopped avocados
• 1 cup fresh berries
• 1 cup dried cranberries
• 1 cup walnuts or 1 cup almonds
• 1⁄2 cup strawberry yogurt
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
• 1 tablespoon orange juice
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped mint

directions

1. Toss all fruit and vegetable ingredients together.
2. Combine last 5 ingredients and mix.
3. Toss dressing with salad. Serve.
