Frozen Peach Daiquiri

ingredients
- 3 large fresh peaches (peeled, pitted and halved)
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1⁄2 cup light rum
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 3 cups crushed ice
directions
- Place first 4 ingredients in an electric blender; process at high speed until smooth. Add ice, and process until slushy.

Love peaches and this was a very good daiquiri. The peaches didnt look to good at the store today so I used the rest of the frozen peaches I had in the freezer and added some canned peaches along with some of the syrup instead of sugar. Used Bacardi Limon that I also had and the fresh lime juice. Only added about a cup of ice cubes since i had frozen peaches to make a slushy consistency. Will be making these again! Thank you Bayhill for posting the recipe. Made and reviewed for the Australian Forum's Recipe Swap #19.
