  • 12 pimento stuffed olives
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • flour, for rolling
  • oil (for frying)

  • Drain the olives.
  • Dip them in the beaten egg and then roll them in the flour and fry.
  • Serve immediately.

  1. I love olives and when I saw this recipe I had to try it. I altered it a little ... to the flour I added some hot pepper flakes and a little oregano. I made a few as the recipe said, too. Both were delicious!
