  • Prepare grill and then cook tomatoes, onion and bell pepper over medium high heat for 5-10 minutes or until charred.
  • Remove from heat and place charred vegetables along with the garlic, chipotle pepper and adobo sauce in a blender (or food processor) and blend until smooth.
  • Stir in cilantro, lime juice, salt and sugar. Pour into jar and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.

<p>I love cooking and trying different foods, but my favorite cookbooks are now Weight Watchers or low fat/low cal cookbooks as I tend to try and make low fat/low cal recipes. I lost over 90 pounds on Weight Watchers and have maintained for over a year now -- so my cooking/eating habits have changed drastically following my weight loss and to keep it off!</p>
