  2. I made this in the crock pot today. I drained off the extra liquid after 3 hours of cooking then added Recipe #364833 by Chef budgiesntiels and my homemade salsa. Everyone like it prepared this way but I'll also try it again baking it. Made for *Zaar Cookbook Tag July 2009* game

  3. This was a very tasty and super EASY recipe! The chicken was moist and just the right amount of spiciness. I also, put mexican jalepeno cheese on top and served it with sour cream. It was YUMMY!

  4. Really good. Wasn't sure if I was to cover the casserole during baking. I did and it turned out great. I added about a 1/16 oz. slice of co-jack cheese (as thin as the deli could slice it) to the top of each breast after complete and let this melt down from natural heat before serving. A definite repeat.

  5. This was easy and delicious--we all loved it! I topped the chicken off with some grated mexican style cheese, a dollop of sour cream, chopped green onions, and some fresh cilantro! YUMMY!!
