1. I really enjoyed this salad. I did add a pinch of sugar just to sweeten it a little, because that's just how I prefer it. Thanks for a yummy salad. :)

 2. Recipe works perfectly as written. This has a prominent green onion flavor with notes of garlic and a hint of ginger. Perfect to dress simple field greens or arugula. Makes a wonderful bed for Asian grilled meats. Thanks for sharing- this was delicious!

 3. Excellent! Made half the recipe. I ran out of scallions so I used garlic chives. Did have to add a touch of water a bit more oil and rice vinegar and for the blender to get it going. I used fresh picked greens including arugula, spinach, a mix of greens. I thinned my radish in the garden using the baby radish and their greens as well. Also included a carrot. Thanks for the yummy eats!

 4. This was super easy to make and was served as a main dish which means I added
other ingredients to bulk up the salad. Like Sharon, I also added a pinch of raw sugar to the dressing. In addition to the greens, radishes, celery hearts and the leaves, fresh cilantro, carrots
and hard boiled egg made this a light but main dish. Spectrum Naturals' 'Asian Stir Fry' oil (soybean, sesame and peanut oil) replaced vegetable oil. Reviewed for Veg Tag/October.

 5. This is a great dressing. It turns out nice and creamy. The flavors meld together very nicely and I really like the little kick from the red pepper flakes. Thank you!

I lost over 90 pounds on Weight Watchers and have maintained for over a year now -- so my cooking/eating habits have changed drastically following my weight loss and to keep it off!
