  1. I'm not usually one to include ice cubes in my smoothies, but did so here to provide some additional liquid & to stay true to the recipe! Another time, thought, I might use a vanilla yogurt & drop the extract! Still, a pleasant & satisfying smoothie! [Made & reviewed for an adoptee in this Spring's round of Pick A Chef]
