Fake Sushi Salad With Imitation Crab

- 1 avocado, ripe
- 1 tablespoon pickled ginger, I like Ginger People
- 0.5 (8 ounce) package imitation crabmeat, flake style
- soy sauce
- Peel and slice avocado.
- Arrange on a plate with flaked crab and ginger on top.
- Sprinkle soy sauce.
