ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup pepperoni (cut into pieces)
• 1 tablespoon parsley (freshly chopped or dried)
• 1⁄4 cup evaporated milk
• 6 ounces cream cheese

directions

1. Mix all ingredients together and blend in food processor.
2. Serve with crackers of your choice.

This was a great addition to our new year's eve party. I added salt, white pepper, and garlic powder to taste and served it with garlic crackers. It was the hit of the party.
