  • Combine berries and sugar. Let stand 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Make pectin solution by stirring pectin in 1 c cold water and bringing it to a rapid boil for 1 minute.
  • Remove from heat and add pectin mixture to the berries. Stir for 2 minutes.
  • Put in jars or freezable containers and leave at room temperature for 24-48 hours - then freeze. Keep in freezer.
