Easy Wagon Wheel Taco Salad

"From a community cookbook. I know wagon wheel pasta is hard to find sometimes, at least it has been the past few years in my area."

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup oil
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 3 teaspoons cumin
• 1⁄2 teaspoon chili pepper
• 2 large garlic cloves, minced
• 8 ounces wagon wheel macaroni
• 1 (15 ounce) black beans, drained
• 1 (9 ounce) package frozen corn
• 1 cup salsa
• 2 tomatoes, chopped
• 1⁄2 cup cilantro, chopped
• 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
• 3 cups tortilla chips
• 1 avocado, peeled and chopped

directions

1. Cook pasta, drain and rinse. Add all ingredients.
2. Add dressing and serve.
