ingredients

• 5 ounces canned tuna
• 2 tablespoons of each cottage cheese, ricotta cheese
• 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
• 1⁄4 cup pimento stuffed olive, chopped
• 1⁄4 teaspoon of each onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper
• 1 dash salt

directions

1. Mix all ingredients together in medium size bowl.
2. Serve with crackers, toast, celery sticks or carrot sticks.
