- 2 lbs beef roast
- 1 (16 ounce) bottle Italian dressing
directions
- Put the Roast in your crock pot.
- Set crock pot to low.
- Pour bottle of Italian Dressing over roast, and cook up to 10 hours.

I have made this several times,my additional seasonings were,1tbsp minced garlic (1 clove),and a dash of pepper. About a 1/4 cup of banana pepper juice. My crockpot was set to high for around 5 hours since I was using a venison roast, AMAZING fork tender for Italian beef sandwiches! This recipe is an awesome canvas for adding your personal touch, onions or peppers etc.. will my go to for italian venison!! P.S. don't be hesitant to use bottled Italian dressing (even zesty) it is a wonderful secret weapon!!
