Easy Crock-Pot Barbecue

"This is sooo good and sooo easy. Put it in the crockpot before work and when you come home dinner is almost ready. The vinegar may be off-putting at first but it makes the meat so tender it just falls apart. And you won't be able to taste it!"

  • Pour 1 cup of apple cider vinegar in the crockpot.
  • Add beef.
  • Cook on low for 8 hours (or high for 4 hours).
  • Once cooked, pour off the vinegar, and shred the beef.
  • Add bbq sauce and heat until sauce is warm, about 15 minutes.
  • Serve on buns with cole slaw.
