Easy, Crispy Orange Cookies

"I don't like most of the cookies that are made from cake mixes because they are too soft and mushy. I like cookies that are crispier. I came up with this by combining several different recipes. These would also be good with chocolate chips in them or chocolate frosting. Cooking time includes three batches."

ingredients

• 1 (18 1/4 ounce) box orange cake mix
• 1⁄2 teaspoon orange extract
• 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
• 1 egg
• 2 tablespoons milk

directions

1. Mix all ingredients together. Roll into 1 1/4 inch balls. place 3 inches apart on a cookie sheet. Flatten to 1/4 inch with a glass dipped in sugar.
2. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes. Let cool 1 minute on pan before removing to a wire rack.
