Easy Crazy Cake

    (18 ounce) package white cake mix with pudding or (18 ounce) package yellow cake mix with pudding
  • 1
    (1 lb) box powdered sugar
  • 12
    cup butter
  • 1
    (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1
    teaspoon vanilla
  • 1
    cup chopped pecans or 1 cup nuts, of your choice

DIRECTIONS

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grease and flour a 9 x 13 baking dish.
  • Beat together butter and 1 egg until smooth.
  • Mix in dry cake mix just until crumbly.
  • Pat mixture down in pan and sprinkle with nuts.
  • Beat together cream cheese, remaining 2 eggs, powered sugar, and vanilla and pour over mixture already in pan.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until lightly browned.
