"This is a great, easy dressing to enjoy over salad, sandwiches, vegetables or pasta."

• Yields: 1 1/2 Cups

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup ranch dressing
• 1⁄2 cup yogurt
• 2 garlic cloves, mashed
• 1⁄8 cup lime juice
• 1 -2 ounce tomatillo salsa (verde)
• 1⁄2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

directions

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse on high until well mixed.
2. Adjust seasonings by adding more lime juice, cilantro and salt or pepper.
3. Chill for an hour before serving.
