- Soak apricots overnight.
- Next day, boil gently until tender.
- Add sugar and boil 1/2 hour or until set.
- Bottle and seal in clean jars.

I attempted making this using a half recipe in my breadmaker which normally makes jam quite successfully. The jam just didn't want to set. There also seems to be more sugar in this recipe than in others and a quick taste test revealed that the jam is very sweet indeed. I'm going to have to recook this and probably add some pectin.
