ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) box firm silken tofu
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 -2 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (or to taste)
- 2 teaspoons dried dill
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon mustard powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
directions
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor till smooth. (Add 1-2 tbsp water, if it's too thick).
- Taste, add more seasoning if you like.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 30-60 minutes.
- Stir before serving.
