  • In a 1 quart measure, whisk together salt, sugar, pepper, tarragon, parsley, mustard, garlic, oil, vinegar, and cream.
  • Microwave on HIGH for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
  • Beat 2 to 3 tablespoons of hot oil mixture into beaten eggs, beating constantly.
  • Microwave at 50% power for 2 minutes, until thickened, stirring once, during cooking.
  • Chill dressing.
