  • Brown the onions in the butter or bacon drippings. Add the sliced okra and sauté for 5-6 minutes. Add the tomatoes, corn, salt, curry powder, and brown sugar. Cover and simmer until the okra is tender.
  • Place the mixture in a casserole dish, sprinkle over Parmesan & paprika.
  • Place in a preheated 350 degree F oven until brown; this should take about 30 minutes or so. Serve.
