Crustless Apple Pie in the Crock Pot

"My sister made this for our Christmas Eve family party and it was a HUGE hit, probably the most popular dessert at the table. Believe it or not is is sugar-free and oh-so simple. The recipe came from a bariatric cookbook."

  1. I have made this too and forgot to review! Would TOTALLY agree with last review! I did use Granny Smiths as had on hand today! Simply delicious, GREAT for entertaining okay? THANKS!

  2. Awesome ! I'm making this for the second time in a week. The first time I had gotten a bag of not so great apples and decided to give it a try. The house smelled like heavenly apple pie, they were gobbled up too fast. This is a great dessert with no guilt. Perfect with vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt. I didn't use granny smith apples either time, just tart red ones grown locally, but I would like to try them out to.
