- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup French-fried onions
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 egg (beaten with a little water or milk)
- olive oil
directions
- Grease sheet pan with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Heat oven to 375.
- Mix onions and flour in large plastic bag.
- Dip chicken in egg mixture.
- Then coat chicken with oinion mixture.
- Put on pan and coat with any left over crumbs- press firmly to make sure they will stick. (The crumbs).
- Bake for 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the middle and breading is golden brown.
