- 4 -5 lbs pork loin roast
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
directions
- Place roast and onion in crock pot sprayed with Pam.
- Add bay leaf, soy sauce and garlic powder.
- Cover. Cook on High 1 hour and then low 6 hours.
- Slice and Serve.

This was so good. I have made this a couple of times already and each time my family ate it all up. Hardly any leftovers. Very easy to make. One thing though, the recipe calls for 2 T. soy sauce, I just sprinkled it on there until the roast was covered in it. (it was more than what the recipe called for). This is diffently a keeper.

This is super easy and so tasty. I started with a mostly frozen roast that I browned in a pan on all sides. It was fall apart tender and so flavorful. After the roast was cooked I removed it from the slow cooker and thickened up the juices with some corn starch for a quick gravy I will definitely be making this again.
