This was so good. I have made this a couple of times already and each time my family ate it all up. Hardly any leftovers. Very easy to make. One thing though, the recipe calls for 2 T. soy sauce, I just sprinkled it on there until the roast was covered in it. (it was more than what the recipe called for). This is diffently a keeper.

This is super easy and so tasty. I started with a mostly frozen roast that I browned in a pan on all sides. It was fall apart tender and so flavorful. After the roast was cooked I removed it from the slow cooker and thickened up the juices with some corn starch for a quick gravy I will definitely be making this again.

Loved it for the ease of preparation & the fact that I always have the ingredients on hand. Added a couple cloves of fresh garlic also. I rarely use my crock pot but it will now get more use as this receipe will be made again. Thanks!
