Creamy Pepper Dressing

"This is a wonderful peppery dressing developed by chef Russel H. Ebert of Crossgates Inn in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It was found in the RSVP section of a February 1981 issue of Bon Appetit."

• Yields: 3 cups

ingredients

• 2 cups mayonnaise
• 1⁄2 cup milk
• 1⁄4 cup water
• 2 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese
• 1 tablespoon fresh ground pepper
• 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
• 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
• 1 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1 dash red pepper sauce
• 1 dash Worcestershire sauce

directions

1. Whisk all ingredients until well combined.
2. Cover and chill thoroughly before serving.
