32 ounces shredded potatoes
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
16 ounces sour cream
1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
¹⁄₄ teaspoon salt
¹⁄₄ teaspoon pepper
¹⁄₂ cup margarine, melted
4 cups crushed corn flakes

directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Mix all ingredients except margarine and corn flakes. Place in a greased 13X9 pan.
Mix margarine and crushed corn flakes and place on top evenly.
bake 45 minutes at 425 degrees.
