- 32 ounces shredded potatoes
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 cup margarine, melted
- 4 cups crushed corn flakes
directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients except margarine and corn flakes. Place in a greased 13X9 pan.
- Mix margarine and crushed corn flakes and place on top evenly.
- bake 45 minutes at 425 degrees.
