SALSA
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed
- 1 (8 3/4 ounce) box frozen corn kernels, thawed
- 1 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 3⁄4 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley

SAUCE
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
directions
- In a large bowl, mix the salsa ingredients together.
- In a separate bowl mix the sauce ingredients together to make the sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the bean combination.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Refrigerate for a couple of hours.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
