- 1⁄2 medium onion
- 8 baby bella mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 8 ounces hamburger
- 10 ounces cream of chicken soup
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons milk (whatever kind you have on hand)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 16 ounces frozen tater tots
- 3⁄4 cup plain potato chips, crushed
- 1⁄4 cup bacon bits
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 and spray the bottom of a 7” x 11” casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large skillet, melt butter. Add onion and mushrooms. Saute until mushrooms are golden.
- Add hamburger and brown.
- In a large bowl, add soup through seasoned salt. Mix until combined.
- Add onion, mushroom, burger mixture.
- Fold in tater tots.
- Pour the mixture into the casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the cheese, potato chips, and bacon bits over the top.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Serve hot.
