ingredients
- 473.18 ml all-purpose flour
- 236.59 ml sugar
- 7.39 ml baking powder
- 1.23 ml salt
- 4.92 ml orange zest
- 59.14 ml butter, melted (1/2 stick)
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 177.44 ml orange juice
- 354.88 ml raisins
- 236.59 ml fresh cranberries (chopped) or 236.59 ml frozen cranberries (chopped)
- 118.29 ml chopped pecans
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a 9 1/2 x 5 1/2 inch loaf pan.
- Into a bowl mix all the ingredients together, in the order given.
- Then put the mixture into the loaf pan after all ingredients are blended.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Remove from pan and let it cool on a rack.
