  1. This is a wonderful recipe! Sooo delicious...sweet, just a hint of spice and a little tart. Yum :) I made 14 jars of this (I quadrupled the recipe) and we finished off one jar in 2 days! I will be making this for all my friends and family. I did add one pouch of Certo after boiling it 20 minutes and boiled one minute more. It turned out just the right consistency. What a fave, love it!

  2. One of the best cranberry recepies I've tasted. Not too sweet, not too tart, and it works good on ice cream as well as toast. The combination of cranberry, apple, and orange is unique. It didn't say, but I did crush the cranberries with a hand masher and added some pectin. I put it in canning jars and the refrigerator to use over next few months. However, I can't keep a spoon out of it.

  3. Delicious, not too sweet, a hint of tart! I times recipe by 4. Cooked 20 minutes. Puréed with hand held mixer. Added 1 box pink Sure-Jell. Cooked 1 minute longer at a full boil. Made 7 medium size jars. Very easy also.
