Great and down the old hatch before you could say "M E A T L O A F". Immensely enjoyable on a biscuit, where the burger/meatloaf joined up with a slice of onion, and a dab of ketchup! I followed this exactly, and this gets a unanimous 5 stars! Made for my PAC baby 2011~

Yummy!! Everyone immediately said 5 stars!!! Usually there are longer discussions but not with this meal. I enjoyed the flavor of the burger immensely. We served it with buns and allowed any topping they would normally put on a hamburger. Thanks for sharing. Made for Cookbook Tag Game. :)

Didn't serve this in a bun - but loved it anyway!! Quite different taste than a regular burger - really tasted like meatloaf!! We were very pleasantly surprised!! Thanks DuChick! :)

Delicious!!! I made one burger for me for lunch today and it is very similar to the burgers I make sometimes, although I don't measure the ingredients, and mine uses soda cracker crumbs and egg/milk. Just love how flavorful this burger is and I don't need to add alot of extras, just mustard. Thanks DuChick for a great recipe.

I am... ~a mother of 2 kids (19 and 22) who are extremely picky eaters. The mere mention of "healthy" sends them running in the opposite direction. They prefer the creamy, cheesy, fried stuff that they weren't brought up on! ~a wife of a wonderful man who fights an expanding waistline and will lovingly eat most anything I set before him.
