Cold Italian Shrimp Salad

- 2 lbs tail off frozen shrimp, thawed
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 16 ounces small shell pasta, cooked and cooled or 4 cups salad greens
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 (8 ounce) container feta cheese, cubed
- 1⁄4 cup basil, fresh, finely sliced or 2 tablespoons basil, dried
- salt and pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1⁄2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup extra virgin olive oil
directions
- Toss first five ingredients in large bowl.
- Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl.
- Drizzle contents of small bowl over the ingredients in large bowl and toss again.
